The Hapa 800 LabelJet is a UV DOD fully-digital “Just-in-Time” piezo technology system designed for the printing of blank stock or on pre-printed labels. On widths up to 77mm, the system prints up to four colors with either spot or CMYK applications in any PMS shade. Text, photo-realistic graphics, and codes can be printed in a single pass with up to 720dpi resolution. The LabelJet is fully capable of realizing serialization, Track & Trace and anti-counterfeiting measures. Inline and roll-to-roll versions are available.

The UV Flexo technology is highly cost-effective, prints in product-branding quality and uses UV ink in all PMS color shades. The UV DOD InkJet is suitable to meet all requirements for market-specific information, language variations, bar, matrix and alphanumeric codes and serialized/randomized data. Used independently, the UV Flexo printer can handle a larger batch production that has no variable data, while for small to micro batches the UV DOD printer has the capacity to manage an entire presentation fully digitally. The UV DOD printer can be used not only to add variable data on blank or pre-printed materials; it can also function as a two color printer.
