The UV Flexo carton printing system produces high-quality multicolor cartons from either pre-printed or blank stock, either inline or near-to-line. This machine prints up to five colors (four colors plus lacquer) onto flat, unglued, pre-cut and creased cartons. No special format parts are required for various carton shapes, and your text, graphics and codes can be printed using any PMS color.
The Hapa 800 CartonJet is a fully-digital UV DOD “Just-in-Time” piezo technology system. Printing on blank or pre-printed flat cartons, the CartonJet delivers text and graphics in “flexographic” print quality with resolutions up to 720dpi in spot or CMYK applications. You can produce cartons in bulk, print security and market-specific data, and deliver to order, reducing your number of SKU’s and turnaround times while significantly increasing OEE. The UV DOD InkJet is suitable to meet all requirements for market-specific information, language variations, bar, matrix and alphanumeric codes and serialized/randomized data. Used independently, the UV Flexo printer can handle a larger batch production that has no variable data, while for small to micro batches the UV DOD printer has the capacity to manage an entire presentation fully digitally. The UV DOD printer can be used not only to add variable data on blank or pre-printed materials; it can also function as a two color printer.
