UV Flexo systems are available in several widths, up to 600mm. Inline (top-mounted or on a stand) and roll-to-roll versions are available. These systems provide pharmaceutical-standard quality print in up to five colors, and can be configured to meet any continuous or intermittent production line.

For those interested in a UV DOD, fully-digital “Just-in-Time” piezo technology system, we offer the Hapa 800 WebJet. Designed to operate inline or roll-to-roll, the 800 WebJet prints up to a maximum width of 470mm. with resolutions of 360dpi. Graphics and text are printed in “flexographic” print quality in a single pass on either blank or pre-printed substrates. You can produce pouches in bulk, print security and market-specific data, and deliver to order, reducing your number of SKU’s and turnaround times while significantly increasing OEE. The system is fully capable of realizing serialization, Track & Trace and anti-counterfeiting measures.

The best seller UV Flexo / UV DOD InkJet Hybrid combines two technologies into one system. The UV Flexo technology is highly cost-effective, prints in product-branding quality and uses UV ink in all PMS color shades. The UV DOD InkJet is suitable to meet all requirements for market-specific information, language variations, bar, matrix and alphanumeric codes and serialized/randomized data. Used independently, the UV Flexo printer can handle a larger batch production that has no variable data, while for small to micro batches the UV DOD printer has the capacity to manage an entire presentation fully digitally. The UV DOD printer can be used not only to add variable data on blank or pre-printed materials; it can also function as a two color printer. Inline and roll-to-roll version are available.
