The UV ink applied is cured instantly. An optional vision system can check the print for quality and completeness. Faulty products are rejected by the inbuilt reject mechanism.The Hapa BFS-JET DOD piezo inkjet printing system uses redcube Drop on Demand printing technology and is designed to print products produced on a blow fill seal machine. The system can be equipped with up to 2 spot color printing units.The system is an optimal, cost-saving solution for today's Late Stage Customization requirements in the Pharma and Healthcare industries. Solvent-free UV inks offering perfectly sharp print quality and immediate curing thus make this application an easy to use GMP compliant in-house printer.
