Wie man integrierte Sichtkontrolle mit Druckkompetenz kombiniert

Neue Hapa Inline-Drucksysteme enthalten jetzt erstmals eine vorvalidierte Einheit aus Druck- und Kontrollmodulen, die denselben durchgängigen PDF-Workflow nutzen

Digitaler Inline-Druck und Druckkontrolle sind natürliche „Partner“, wenn es um die Verpackung von Arzneimitteln in einer GMP-Umgebung geht. Als eine Neuheit bringt Hapa jetzt jedoch Druck und Kontrolle in einer einzigen vorvalidierten Einheit zusammen, die einen gemeinsamen Workflow nutzt. Sie reduziert den Aufwand für Systemintegration und Validierung drastisch. Diese neue Art der Druckkontrolle ist bei zwei Systemen zu sehen: Beim Drucksystem H382 Hybrid, dem weltweiten Industriestandard für den Inline-Druck auf Verschlussfolien für Blister, das jetzt für Smart Factory-Umgebungen aktualisiert wurde, und beim Drucksystem Web 4.0 5D, mit dem sich die Effizienzvorteile des Digitaldrucks für ein komplettes Drucklayouts in CMYK nutzen lässt, inklusive variabler Daten und serialisierter Codes. 

Beide Systeme verfügen nun über eine vorvalidierte Einheit bestehend aus einem Druck- und einem Kontrollmodul, die denselben durchgängigen PDF-Workflow nutzen. Die technische Integration des Kontrollsystems in den Workflow wird dadurch vereinfacht, der Zeitaufwand für die Einrichtung und Validierung erheblich reduziert. Die Kontrolle umfasst das gesamte Druckbild, die gedruckten Daten und Codes, das Grading und die Farben. Gleichzeitig haben Anwender nur noch einen einzigen Systempartner und können damit eine typische Schnittstellenproblematik umgehen. „Mit dem so ausgestatteten Drucksystem Web 4.0 5D lassen sich deshalb viele unnötige Stillstände vermeiden, die bislang zum Beispiel daraus resultierten, dass eine Art ‚Goldenes Image‘ als zuverlässige Referenz erzeugt werden muss. Die Prüfung erfolgt jetzt ausschliesslich auf Basis des Original-PDF“, sagt James Freer, Leiter des Produktmanagements bei Hapa. Dank des ‚onePDF‘-Workflow beim Web 4.0 5D ist auch eine versehentliche Vermischung unterschiedlicher Drucklayouts ausgeschlossen. „Die oftmals beträchtlichen, aber meist verborgenen Kosten, die aus der Weitergabe oder dem Aufbereiten unterschiedlicher graphischer Dateiformate und dem jeweiligen Validieraufwand resultieren, lassen sich damit einfach eliminieren.“ Das bedeutet eine bessere Maschinenauslastung in der Produktion und mehr Sicherheit bei jedem einzelnen Druckprojekt.

Das Drucksystem Web 4.0 5D enthält weitere wegweisender Innovationen, darunter die von Hapa so bezeichnete "Hiflow"-Technologie, die für eine beispiellose Zuverlässigkeit und Verfügbarkeit beim Inline- und On-Demand-Druck entwickelt wurde, sowie eine neue patentierte Trocknungstechnologie, die den Energieverbrauch der Maschine erheblich reduziert und die Hapa Web 4.0 5D noch nachhaltiger macht als bisher.

Die beiden Drucksysteme H382 und Web 4.0 5D sind für den Inline-Druck konzipiert und werden standardmässig als Top- (T) und Standversion (S) für die direkte Inline-Integration in Verpackungslinien geliefert. Sie sind auch als Rolle-zu-Rolle (R)-Konfigurationen erhältlich, die bei Bedarf eine interne Offline-Produktion von Verpackungsmaterial ermöglichen.

1. Introduction

c. analyze your interaction (“Insights Data”) to materials sent by the Company or Coesia for marketing communication purposes above in order to assess your interest in the Company’s and Coesia’s activities and send you information based on your interests.  

3. Legal Basis

The data processing under letter a. above is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract between you and Coesia and/or the Company. The data processing under letters b. and c. is based on your consent, without prejudice to the fact that Coesia and/or the Company may process your data to send you commercial and promotional communications relating to products/services already provided or purchased (so-called soft spam), based on their legitimate interest.

4. Data retention period

Data processed for the purpose referred to in point 2.a are retained for the time necessary to respond to your request; however, when personal data are processed as part of pre-contractual measures, Coesia and/or the Company may retain your data for the entire duration of the pre-contractual phase, unless a new legal basis arises (e.g., performance of a contractual obligation). Data processed for the purposes referred to in points 2.b and 2.c are retained until consent is withdrawn or an objection to receiving such communications is submitted, without prejudice to any applicable retention periods.

5. Data sharing purpose

The Company may share your personal data with Coesia Group, as set forth in point 1, for the purposes described in the relevant paragraph. You can give your explicit consent, where necessary to process your data, checking the following box.
