Major extension of Helpdesk

Assuring business continuity for our customers is a key priority. With immediate effect, we have dedicated resources to give you extended access to our Helpdesk, from 8:00 to 24:00 h (CET). This extended Helpdesk service is free of charge until the end of May 2021. It offers the same competent technical support that you are already used to, via phone, email or if you invest in a remote service package also via augmented reality and a direct connection to your machine. You can rely on our qualified engineers to resolve technical issues and ensure there is minimal downtime. Stay tuned for more news about our services.
