The system incorporates up and downstream connection conveyor. Redcube UV piezo Drop on Demand inkjet technology is employed and where required, pre-treatment technology can be added. The UV ink applied is cured instantly. An optional vision system can check the print for quality and completeness. Faulty products are rejected by the inbuilt reject mechanism.​The Hapa BFS-JET DOD piezo inkjet printing system uses redcube Drop on Demand printing technology and is designed to print products produced on a blow fill seal machine. The system can be equipped with up to 2 spot color printing units.​The system is an optimal, cost-saving solution for today's Late Stage Customization requirements in the Pharma and Healthcare industries. Solvent-free UV inks offering perfectly sharp print quality and immediate curing thus make this application an easy to use GMP compliant in-house printer.
