In-house Production of Print Mats

Hapa's high-speed laser engraver creates finished rubber print mats suitable for use on all Hapa flexographic printing systems. Artwork, variable data, and a "read only" mat identification number are engraved in a single pass.

Hapa 532

The Hapa 532 incorporates a 200 Watt CO2 laser to engrave rubber print mats with a dpi of up to 2400. It is suitable for the production of up to circa 3000 print mats per year.
